I'll use this page to post some YouTube videos. That's why I called it "YouTube".
When I was growing up, I spent a lot of time in a nursing home because my mom worked there. I used to play piano for the residents, and there was an old black lady named "Lula" who used to walk in and just start singing the blues... she usually sang this song. I can still remember her rich voice confidently singing, "Feelin' tomorrow... just like I feel today..." I had no idea how to play the blues at the time, but I learned just by following what she was singing. When she was done singing, she would just smile and walk out of the room. This one was played on my old Yamaha piano at home.
This is a video of me playing and singing a song from the "All the Way Home" album. It's called "Today." I wrote this for my dad after he battled cancer for several months.
This is from a show where I played keyboards and did background vocals for country artist Shawn Hammonds. I'm on the far right in the orange shirt. You can see a little piano solo at about 3:40. It was a fun show. I think it was in Wisconsin, and it was called "Country Thunder."
